What I enjoy most working for ImageXpert is the environment and work culture. It is a very well established company in the machine vision and industrial inkjet industries but still maintains that exciting, fast-paced start-up feel.

Minpunten

Due to the size of the company, the health insurance is not the greatest.

The team is small and workload can sometimes be heavy.

There have been 3 CEO over the last few years. Promotions are based on popularity and not skill. “Managers” lack the skills to properly manage their teams. Constant overload of work. Surprise negative performance reviews. CEO lacks knowledge on how to manage a company.
