- My coworkers were Grade-A people, and some of the best humans I've spent time with. - There is opportunity for growth and for personal development. You really find out what you are capable of, and that is incredibly valuable. - They are flexible with your in-office/remote work time. - Get to work with cool products. - Developing culture that seeks to fix some of the issues that I address in the Cons section. - Opportunity to be apart of something great in an industry that has historically been dry and uninspiring.
Minpunten
- This is not a 9-5 Job if you truly want to succeed here. Not all positions at the company are created equal, but if you are willing to put in the work, results will be recognized. - There is a lack of system cohesion, but they were in the process of changing when I left. It resulted in duplicating your work and troubles in communication. Which is very normal for a young and growing company, but something I believe is valuable knowing while going in. - Fast paced environment that will cause fires, but if you can manage it there is recognition. - I don't recommend Imprint Engine if you have a 2nd job or own a small business that you intend to do alongside Imprint Engine. I did not succeed here because it demanded more than I had capacity for with my family and small business. I am disagreeable and ideological which makes me a difficult person to manage as well.
