When you start working for this company it’s all a thrill and excitement. But then you start seeing the weird culture , how they brain wash young people in believing innout is the most important part in your life and you must sacrifice all your time here . Once you get brain washed , managers treat you miserably, and then you want to leave but you don’t because you care so much for the company that you feel bad for leaving . I worked 4 years and after leaving it felt such a relief leaving . I left because a divisional manager wanted to overwork me . I did so much for the store and move so quickly for them to sell as many burgers . But divisional manager only cared about his pocket and sales . And once I left I realized that this place is a cult . They brain wash young people and managers are just another nagging parent . If you don’t see yourself growing here don’t waste too much time and getting brainwashed
