Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! I wanted to address your comment regarding time off and commission. I wanted to ensure that you were aware of the most recent changes that we made to our paid time off policy. Our RBT PTO policy now allows RBTs to accrue up to 80 hours of PTO each year (that is a 100% increase over the previous program). In addition, we added employee's birthdays as an additional day off each year, and, we added a day of PTO as a part of the Employee Referral Program incentive. If you were not aware of these, I apologize! Regarding the commission, I assume you are referring to the monthly and quarterly bonuses. In addition to the quarterly productivity bonuses, we recently also added a 5% monthly attendance bonus. You should have received that information in your email earlier this week.
