Then InBloom doesn't stand up for their own employees and allows injustices to happen. The company doesn't have enough money for raises, which has led to high turnover from RBTs all the way up through management. Instead, they spent their money expanding the company during the pandemic. Clients are starting to notice, and it's not a good look for the company.
