Pluspunten
I absolutely love working for InBloom and have never felt such wholeness in a company before. The amount of support and appreciation received daily is amazing and makes me feel the difference I, as one person, am making by showing up to work everyday. The supervisors/director are always there no matter how busy they are to help you throughout the day no matter how little or big your problems are. You are never not heard and never under appreciated. This makes for a great work place family and joy in coming to work and that's sometimes so hard to find in a job.
I also am a single mom of two young kids and the director has always been amazing at making sure my hours are kept up but also giving me the time to ensure my kids always come first when emergencies arise. They are very understanding and flexible so that's a huge plus!
I truly couldn't imagine being anywhere else!
