Working in a rewarding industry with the ability to truly help others has been a major benefit to my well being. I'm able to suggest improvements that are respected and listened to. Connecting with management is very easy to provide any feedback.

The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
