That said, the same flexibility can be a slippery slope. Some people tend to take more freedom than they give back, which occasionally creates imbalance in workload and accountability. Because the environment is so fast-paced and loosely structured, not everyone manages that well.
If you thrive in self-directed environments and like the challenge of owning your results, you’ll probably love it here. But if you need more structure or consistent oversight, it might feel chaotic at times.
