The intent behind the mission to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities to live a normal and productive life is admirable.

Horrible human resource department and hiring process. The CHRO is clueless on how to effectively lead and support a team. The department is severely understaffed, which leads to gross oversight. There is a lack of accountability by the higher-ups and a very abusive, demeaning and degrading work environment.
