Pluspunten
The people here are friendly and welcoming. There isn’t as much infighting and drama as some other places I have worked before. Everyone job it’s quirks and challenges - but, overall, the culture here is very positive and supportive.
Minpunten
Pay could be a bit better (true for every job right now, I’d say) but, all things considered, compensation and benefits are good - especially if you are a full time employee.
