      You get interview practice but really none

      Minpunten

      They look down on you and feed you lies saying you’ll be an executive in 6 months. Very questionable behavior. And seems to not want to teach just disrespect and belittle. They won’t answer questions about what you’ll do or the work environment, do not recommend applying. They have horrible hours and pressure u to come in on Saturday saying “Saturdays for people who actually want to get better” so basically u work 6days out of 7 with no benefits and constant disrespect.

      Everything is in your hands. You can grow as fast as you want and there is a also a lot of structure of how things are done so you don’t have to recreate the wheel

      Friendly coworkers. Laid-back work when boss isn't around.

      Deceptively small workplace masquerading as a large workplace. Lying egomanic boss. Absurd rules made by insane boss. Soul crushing hours. Pyramid scheme like structure. Toxicly positive environment. Self-contradicting company culture. More interested in following the script than making the sale, to the point of self-destructing sales that didn't follow the script. Boss openly makes and participates in empathy-less revenge schemes. They'll probably track me down and fire me over making this review rather than accepting criticism. Wildly disorganized. Boss expects us to discuss our personal finances with him in the guise of setting "goals", but really does it in hopes of breaking us into thinking he's the only way we can be successful.
