No work life balance Too much work pressure Recruitment team is like bonded Labour's & they have to work day & night, 10-11 hrs a day Common trend to work on Saturday/ Sundays Poor managers & they will never listen to you. Hire & fire policy in recruitment team People work for 1 week to 6 month max here in recruitment team CEO, Managers & leaders shouts on team members during calls Use abusive languages
