Hiring and Firing Poor IT and Physical Infrastructure HR, Finance and IT Infra are probably the poorest departments of all No Performance Management System in place Sr. Management does not care about either the employees or the clients. They don't even know who the clients are properly. No coordination between different departments. There is always a game of credit snatching in this company. No work from home, they are forcing people to report to office. Facilities including parking, food, cafeteria, cubicles etc. are pathetic.
