Salary on time is literally the only pro! They used to give WFH, but lately a senior leadership has been getting in the system way too much and it's extremely toxic! They do not care about any employees, are not empathetic at all. would USE you for your personal connections and ask for personal favors and then would just lay you off as a crushable insect and say, "That's just how life is"..

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. NO JOB SECURITY. TOXIC OLD SENIOR LEADERSHIP. NO HR SUPPORT. NO PARKING. NO HIKE. WEEKEND WORK. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. All the leaders just want to stick to the CEO approval for their promotion and going to the US for green card, there are no projects, they treat us with no respect or consideration. THEY WOULD LAY YOU OFF BY SAYING COST CUTTINGS BY THE LEADERSHIP, BUT THE CEO TRAVELS TO INDIA EVERY MONTH, SPENDS MASSIVELY WITH SENIOR LEADERS ON FANCY DINNERS, WOULD ASK YOU TO TAKE THE FOREIGN LEADERS AROUND AS IF THEY ARE GODS! They say cost cuttings, but then would arrange fancy lunches for senior employees and post on LinkedIn as work life balance.
