Pluspunten

Very young environment, ready for growth and a lot of very talented people! Fully stocked kitchen, gourmet cupcakes once a month, very casual environment. In a great location around a lot of restaurants in Crystal City.

Minpunten

Growing pains, lack of communication, to many people trying to communicate the same thing but in very different ways. To many people think they are the end all be all to make the decisions when that is not the case. Not even when it comes down to the CEO's - they differ which can make your job very challenging. It looks nice from the outside, then when you get in you are left to figure everything out on your own. If you are an intern- or entry level, you'll do great here. Beyond that good luck because you have to make decisions that ultimately is never the right decision which can make your job again very challenging. The benefits are outrageous- worst I've seen in DC metro area. EX: Dental- only covers silver fillings... FYI dentists don't even have this an option anymore! So weird?

Pluspunten

Very strategic upper management, with a clear direction on where they want to take the company. The company invests heavily in hiring the right people and will do whatever it takes to keep top talent. Open door policy empowers all employees, from junior to senior level, the ability to introduce ideas that can help shape the face of the company. Each and every employee is empowered to take ownership in the direction of the company as there is a very tight 'team' feel to the organization. Junior resources are looked to as the future of the company and as such as are put into work situations that force them to grow outside of their comfort zones.

Minpunten

Company has seen incredible growth in the past 2+ years, but internal infrastructure has not kept up with that growth. Processes and procedures are immature, disorganized, or rarely followed. This is a natural effect of a small, rapidly growing company, where many people wear many different hats. Ultimately this is not sustainable, but there are signs of this improving, starting with the hiring of a full time COO in 2015 and initiatives being put in place in Q1 2016.
