They provide good benefits as far as insurance and perks for the employees. Sometimes. The employee perks are not a constant and are random.
Minpunten
Everything else. InCorp Services is a place of office politics and loop holes for holding people accountable. Especially for the managers. HR is completely biased and if you think "How could that be?" ask yourself how it wouldn't be with just one person in the whole HR department. Through out my time at InCorp it was noticed that the normal level employees and the Leads/Supervisor are held to an extremely high standards and the managers do little to nothing for the team other than handle escalations that the client doesn't want to deal with the Supervisor. The person running the company is completely one sided and does not have the knowledge or experience to be running the company and has honestly run it into the ground and ruined the culture. After awhile you will see that management picks favorites and that it is one big popularity contest. If you are a free thinker and speak up for yourself this is not the place to work. They do not like straying away from their norm and tend to over look the talent that they have present. On top of all of that there are so many double standards for the leads and supervisor. One person gets to do whatever, whenever, and gets to come and go as they please, and the other people who were already deemed as "bad" or "difficult" are heavily monitored and targeted. They also have a tendency to make people feel extremely in adequate and stupid for speaking up for themselves. This place is very toxic and not a healthy place to work for anyone. Not to mention they do pay adequately for the roles and time they ask you to contribute.
