Things were good until last week. Every quarterly updates, we were told how Indeed is doing great and earning a lot of money. Until last week, were Indeed (and Glassdoor) announced that they fire 15% of their workforce.
Minpunten
After telling us that it would be the last option if things go south. This massive layoff was obviously planned for weeks or months, but we were lied to when we were asking about potential layoff. Higher management should not be trusted! They took actions that benefit them, by punishing the real workforce, the people that really keep the company running. Some of the higher management even decided to leave the ship just before the announcement!
