      Pluspunten

      The company is growing quickly with custom software and web apps. This is a great opportunity to get in for growth in a tech career. All new technologies being used. Very good benefits. Team members are great and fun to hang out with. Management is flexible, supportive and has fostered a great culture. The building has an in-house gym and deli. The office is lined with windows. No matter where you sit, there is a nice view.

      It's a small company so your opinions really do count, which is especially nice when you need creative freedom or want to reach certain goals within the company. People who join the team and really work hard seem to be on their desired career path at Indigo. The office is amazing - there are windows everywhere and it's an open concept with plenty of room. I really like the team and hanging out with everyone. Beer-thirty is especially nice.

      It's a startup, so obviously you sometimes have to step up and out of your comfort zone from time to time - though I wouldn't consider it a con, some people may.
