Policies are changed randomly without informing the employees. 5. 3 Months Notice Period and 2 -11 PM work timings. 6. Too much work pressure, everything is expected to complete in hours like 1-2 hours. 7. Some directors are too immature to handle the position and are bad in people management skill. 8. No Team kind of work culture. 9. Simply not a good place to work and try to avoid this work place. There are better companies in NCR.
