Apart from our marketing manager who the executive team repeatedly tried to silo, there was absolutely no leadership, management, or goals. Nobody worked there really seemed to care. Horrible politics. CEO and exec team were middle school friends... unbelievable nepotism and incompetence

Get to know your co-works personally. Lots of very good, hardworking and reliable people here. Really friendly and laid back atmosphere.

Minpunten

Disorganization, confusion and miscommunication. Lots of items that get escalated to executive level get put by the wayside.

Pluspunten

The people who are there to do the work, and that excludes executive team. Snacks and team building events.

Minpunten

Delusional to think you'll be promoted for being a contributor. Think differently and you'll get released. You may know a lot or have common sense, but not enough for EMT to believe it. They'll move up someone with no industry experience before you'll get a pay raise. Covid is partly to blame, but for how long?
