They've got a really innovative product that has potential to be very beneficial to clients. The location is in an up and coming neighborhood.

Minpunten

They choose less than reputable clients, which harms their reputation in turn. Management is overly demanding of their employees without providing proper structure, training, information or time to complete work properly.

Pluspunten

Great Culture, great physical space to work in, everyone is super easy to get along with. They hired me from out of state and have been more then helpful getting me situated in Colorado.

Minpunten

They are rapidly growing so some kinks are still being worked out. It's fun to be apart of the growth!

Pluspunten

Everyone seems nice & supportive and seem to work together well. It's dog-friendly! There are plenty of free snacks and drinks! The work they do seems interesting and they seem to do a good job of communicating with one another. They have several meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page and some of those meetings are aimed at team-building.

Minpunten

There isn't a lot of diversity there... they have some room for growth.
