We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so.
