- Serious disconnect between employees and management. - Salaries not on par with the industry. - Lack of direction and vision on the part of senior management. - Doesn't value its professional services consultants - their experience, expertise and even soft skills that are valued by the customers but not by the employer - Could try to improve existing products and their functionality instead of buying new as if on a shopping spree. - Employee feedback is so useless -- just a waste of our time and words. Nothing positive happens based on employee feedback/review. - The varibale "bonus" salary is, in my opinion just a gimmick to not pay the employees their due salary - This is considered a part of the package that you may or may not receive. Besides, it's unfair to punish the consultants on their paychecks if they are not customer billable (75% in my case) in that quarter. Makes one not want to take any vacation time, even when assigned to a billable project. - ETC ETC ETC. Could say more, but why bother.........
