Working here allows for a great work-life balance and you never feel like just another cog in the wheel. Any and all ideas to help grow the company are actually encouraged rather than snuffed out. The great pay and benefits is simply icing on the cake.

The usual growing pains associated with any smaller company apply, but if you are open and honest with the CEO about such issues they are quickly remedied.
