The customers are fake, the tech stack is hacky, the management is the best in its own world but actually doesn't know a thing, the company policy changes every day.

None - Only the initial days feel like you will be treated well. The owners act as if they know it all but actually have no idea about sales and what they are doing.

Minpunten

The whole experience working here was a nightmare. The owner is a manipulative liar and a gaslighter. AVOID working here!
