Management is very poor. There are very strict targets for productivity and quality for the healthcare professionals , and audit patterns / focuses for the reports change week on week meaning it is difficult to achieve the targets. Management are separate from the medical assessors and have not completed assessments before, meaning they are not understanding about this. They message you throughout the day pressuring you to work faster, pick up more cases and make day to day work more stressful. They introduce key changes to procedure without appropriate testing of new programmes which affect the clients and assessor experience. They have introduced sudden changes in hybrid working patterns with only 2 weeks notice , without any discussion. LTFT employees have to be in more than full time employees . The rota is provided 3 weeks in advance but changes every week due to “business needs” meaning planning ahead is very difficult .
