Management in Basildon she out to get everyone! False and stabs you in the back, no real amangement skills and has no idea about how to treat or work with staff. No real team working together they want you to work on your own and compete which make a bad atmosphere in the office. Ex staff don't have a good word to say about Ingeus or its method, hellos have place to work and recruit people,that lack management skills. Targets are planned so they can get you out quickly, management have no idea how hard to is now and want things done in an instant for admin even while your with a client which is so unprofessional. Cheating going on with targets and strings pulled for favourites even tho they bad mouth the management behind their backs. No one in the office likes the manager as previous review states she thinks she's the queen bee but mocked by staff for her attitude and silly girls behaviour Don't work here don't be fooled it's a hellish place to work Competitors miles ahead and have better working conditions, even they talk about the ways genus works and treats staff, word has got about and everyone knows it's a sinking ship and hideous place to work for
