Thank you for the review; we value feedback from colleagues past and present so whilst it’s good to hear that you enjoyed working with your team, it’s disappointing that you felt frontline teams weren’t listened to. We make it our business to encourage listening and to support each other. Whether that’s through our regular employee surveys, ‘open door’ approaches or just through conversations and day-to-day work with colleagues and managers. You mention new contracts: we work in a complex, fast changing world which involves delivering contracts that usually have a start and an end. Sometimes, when big contracts are coming to an end the future can feel uncertain. But we have ambitious goals for the future and plans to get there. Our new business team are busy! And they have been very successful over the years, including in the last few months – we’ve just secured several large contracts in the employment and health sectors.
