Structured days, time allowed away from the screen, not expected to stay late/start early. Good management team that keep in touch and keep you updated.

Only downside for me personally is working from home, but that is not the companies fault!

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
