Unwanted and forced transfers to different teams that do not match your skills or career path. Feeling demoted after being moved from QA to an associate-level role you did not apply for. Loss of night differential pay after being moved to day shift, affecting your income. Internal politics High expectation for accuracy but low recognition or appreciation.
