Supervisor without experience, the person who does the schedule do not know anything about travel time, the company always put the clients first that is why many of my colleagues left the job, lack of communication they do not answer the phone in the office, they are always asking us to cover shifts but when is the opposite is impossible to find someone to cover you. Night shift they pay less than €11 p/h when questioned why the supervisor informed that careers can sleep all night however the client calls 3 times for assistance.
