Pluspunten
At the time when I was employed here, the company was known as Ashfield Healthcare. I was recruited to join a team of "customer service representatives" whom would work along side pharmaceutical representatives in their perspective territories with the responsibility of informing healthcare professionals and their staff about formulary updates on specific products. The training received from Ashfield was thorough and structured well. Our sales team was comprised of mostly new faces to the industry and the sales trainer leading was a unique leader who was so helpful in allowing everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed and curious to ask questions in a safe enviornment. Overall I would highly recommend this company to new and seasoned representatives as it could truly open your doors to all sorts of opportunities.

Because the employment was on an assigned contract the length of your employment could be interrupted short if the partnering / client company decides to do away with the assigned project. With that said that should be understood when you join one of these types of teams. I truly did not find any cons with my experience.
