      The organization covers many areas of injustice which results in the small staff needing to do a lot at once.

      Pluspunten

      Some of the best pay in local media, generous vacation and sick time as well as various types of leave (including paid parental and family medical leave options). Employer really respects workers' well-being and encourages time off. Comp time always offered for overtime work. Good enforcement of communication hygiene so there's no informal pressures to work or be available outside work hours.

      No 401-k matching and dependent insurance cost is not covered by employer.
