1) it is a startup and there are still some certain systems that are not completely structured or missing, as a result certain aspects of the business are admittedly messy. however, they have recently hired a lot of people who are working on building up those systems.
2) there are not many company wide-events and there is a lack of emphasis on upholding the company culture and motivating the employers to spend more time connecting with each other.
3) more communication between the leadership team and the rest of the company. everything is transparent and i am sure everyone is appreciative of the different viewpoints, but it would be great to create more open communication channels and put more emphasis on bringing up new ideas.
4) work life balance could be streamlined between departments. again, this is one of those things that are already in the books but the efforts could be accelerated.
