The worst CEO I've ever encountered. Absolutely unable to give constructive feedback, just tells you that he doesn't like any ideas you have, no direction, no kind words, super unmotivating to work for. I watched many colleagues burn out trying to please this man and lose the drive to do any work because of the fear of having to present their ideas to him. He's kind of charming on the surface, but he's not a people person and shouldn't be managing anyone. He's so obsessed with the start-up narrative and being part of Silicon Valley, he moved the HQ to San Francisco in 2022! Like, seriously who's moving a company to San Francisco, one of the most expensive cities to live in 2022, when everyone's getting out? Never mind that everyone in Berlin is now 8hrs ahead, and finding overlapping hours for meetings and 1on1's is more challenging. Other cons are the lack of quality work being done, just read the reviews from the users! The whole thing is a mess. If you want a job where you feel proud of the work you do, this isn't the place for you, you have been warned!
