Inland is a family owned company led by people who really do care about their employees. I felt that when I first walked in the door and I still feel it today. The culture at Inland is evident by the large number of long term employees that work here. Many people have been here for 20+ years. The pride in the work done day in and day out is unbeatable. Inland also really values growing their employees, often promoting from within and providing educational opportunities to employees. Aside from that, Inland is a very family-friendly place to work, with great work-life balance. Pay is excellent, work is appreciated, and people are friendly. It's truly a team, and I love coming here every day.

Inland is a growing company spread out over numerous locations. Any company in the same situation is going to experience some growing pains. However, while change can be difficult, I think it's important to look at it for what it really is: opportunity.
