Salary was good, and did have opportunities to gain bonuses for work. The facility was well kept and fairly new, and they did offer 401k and insurance that was reasonable. Sigma Six was followed and as far as raw materials and finished goods where concerned, they were organized,
Minpunten
The attrition rate for management was horrible, and in two and half years I had four different bosses. The facility had three shifts with multiple managers and supervisors in several departments, and there was about forty changes in management overall in the two and half years. There were some problems with chemical exposure in the initial setup of certain parts of the plant that provided a safety risk, which may or may not be resolved now. Most management that was there when I left are now somewhere else.
