Mala dirección. Organización nula. Poca humanidad con el trabajador: se toman decisiones en cadena de mando, y la información se diluye por el camino. Plan de carrera pobre: da igual cuáles sean tus aspiraciones, terminarás haciendo lo que necesiten, sin tomar en cuenta tus deseos y metas. Sueldos bajos, no acorde con la carga de trabajo ni la responsabilidad exigida.
