You do not work weekends or Holidays which is nice. Many participants are grateful for the help from staff.

Minpunten

Recognition for employees is bare. You might* get an 3% raise annually. Especially if you are not part of select departments don’t expect much. Large departments are treated to lunches and recognized for birthdays. Getting coverage for your regular work for use of PTO is not something the company adequately plans for. There is question of job security regularly due to sweeping lay offs that were not thought through by leadership. Also, know if you have been there 2-3 years you are getting paid less than new hires, significantly. Don’t expect much from HR business partner they are merely a talking puppet to protect the company.

Most particapants treat us with kindness and respect.

Working as a driver for Innovage is not worth it, the pay is not fair for the required work that is involved with this position and addition to the new job title From Driver to Driver Particapant Care. The companies pay raises is a joke and a slap in the face, has a very high turnover rate which results to being low staffed and way too much overtime with little life balance. We have way too many vehicle mechanical issues with no onsite mechanics to fix them, They treat us like kids, too much drama and gossip, lots of favortism extremley poor communication which result to employee and particapants unsatisfied. There is just far too much negatives about this company and I unfortunately can't recommend this job to anyone and it's not worth your time.
