No pay raises or promotions, 40hrs is not guaranteed, favoritism, dirty environment, no support from some coworkers and management. Benefits are a joke. There’s no checks and balances and HR does not hold the house manager accountable for not adhering to policies and procedures. The harder you work the less appreciation you will receive. The ones that call in the most and work the least are shown the most support and appreciation.
