Terrible Work Environment, Poor Management - werkgeversreview Account Manger bij Innovant

Toxic work environment Manager is passive aggressive. Has only ever worked at this company and does not have outside perspective at all. Favoritism is rife! Upward mobility is only considered after 5 years at company and requires working until 10 pm (I'd receive emails often during this time). Hybrid remote/office is no longer - required to be in office full-time. They will lie about potential salary increase (get everything written in your contract!) and cover up with their external HR. Do not work here if you want to be valued, paid well, and in a good work environment.
