Terrible culture. Very much the old-school "Butts in Seats" (one employee tried to leave 20 minutes early one day and was grilled on why he thought it was ok, even though he hadn't taken an actual lunch break all week) with a very heavy focus on metrics. They encourage the recruiters to try to "force" candidates to accept positions and to "force" candidates on the clients, with very little consideration of what was actually best for the client or the candidate. Very much a "what's it going to take to get you in this car today" mentality. They have also created a very punitive environment with a constant message of "you're not doing enough.. WORK HARDER" than celebrating, encouraging, or motivating employees. There is no collaboration, and communication with leadership is 1-sided.
