There is nothing pros for this company all pros fade aways against their cons

Minpunten

MD only prefer girls and promote and provide bonuses only to females. Old employees who are doing work from 10-15 years not even touched 30k but new employees directly getting this income. Dont care of your self respect No increments worst system of increments No good hierarchy to contact for salary issue or any thing. Leave are only to show that they provide but they don't approve it when you required

On time salary and nothing else.

Minpunten

I’m shocked to see all the positive comments. They all seem to be fake. The reality is that the company is literally a ‘lala’ company. There is a lot of internal politics. They would hire you and then would blame you for their lack of management. The owner does not know how to behave. He has a soft corner for females. I would say..save yourself from the misery by avoiding to join this company.
