Pluspunten
Low-ish starting salary but it starts to climb pretty quick. If you are able to handle the high workload and high stress atmosphere of project management, the company makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is lax, the perks and benefits are great (working from home at Will, paid OT, good insurance and a great HRA Plan)
Minpunten
Exceptionally high work load at times. The new employee training process is slow and takes about 6 months to really get a new person “up to speed” but by 4 months they already have a good amount of work they are expected to do. Once you prove to be an asset, you are rewarded with more work, but if you are willing to fight for your compensation, they do raise your salary at a pretty good pace. I’d you just accept what they give you, expect to get a minimum raise each year while doubling your workload.
