Most management staff have offices instead of cubicles.
Weekend work is rare.

100% vesting of 401K after 6 years.
Career advancement and training is non-existent.
Company tracks employees through white 'check-in/check-out' boards in reception area.
No real corporate culture and poor communication from Management team to staff.
Management has no clear business strategy in place and have never seen any evidence of one in place. Many have no idea what company's goals are.
Problems in retaining staff. They have had numerous Accounting and Finance Directors in 4 years. Business Development department has an extremely high turnover.
Low staff morale.
Have heard from various managers of company having poor customer relationships.
Many employees are looking for new jobs due to company having had several layoffs.
Senior Management team clueless on how to find new business/clients and often changes direction constantly.
Very little interaction between staff members and management.
Corporate website is outdated and has not been updated in years.
Company has not grown to a midsized firm like many government contractors have since 1991.
