It may just be my contract, but PTO and paid holidays would be nice

Her efforts, even during times when the company wasn’t actively hiring, made a meaningful difference and helped me feel valued. My only negative experience was waiting years for the contract to become a conversion with the client. However, that was no fault on Innovien and more so with the client and budgetary constraints.
