# Work is in intervals: sometimes workload is very intense and deadlines are tight and other times work is calmer and deadlines are flexible.
# Projects are similar, they work on apps and websites for churches.
- Time Logging:
# Sticking to logging productive work hours can be sometimes a burden although it guarantees the employer and the employee rights.
# If you didn't complete the working hours through the quarter, double the amount is deducted either from you salary or your vacations.
(If you have a shortage of 4 hours, 8 working hours are deducted from the salary or a full vacation date is deducted from you vacations credit)
- They lack clarity and transparency concerning salaries:
