Stressful, emails daily from the owner with threats of termination and her ridiculous expectations. Managers have no idea what is going on with their own assigned accounts. Owner makes new changes and the next day says nevermind. Very confusing to know what you are supposed to do and not do. She fires people constantly and then demands for other MTs to pick up the slack on an account they have NEVER worked on. Things got so ridiculous last weekend, half her workforce quit or was fired, forcing her to subcontract to other companies now. Pay rate is 6.5 cents for under 5000 lines. They only require 4000 lines for full time status, but they do not tell you that half the time you are uploading into the hospital system and you DO NOT get paid for this. Claims to be family oriented and godly, but then treats her staff badly and is very disrespectful in her old red demanding emails. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
