The workforce is immature and inexperienced. The organization as a whole is very disorganized and there is no accountability. Be ready to work very long hours, 12 hour days are the standard. If you have a sense of respect, integrity, teamwork and a strong work ethic, this is not the place for you. None of those values are upheld by this company. There is such disarray that everyone operates on the defensive side and engages in finger-pointing. If something goes wrong be ready to be thrown under the bus.
