There is no accountability for exploring or implementing improvement opportunities. Ideas are dismissed outright without meaningful consideration. Legacy equipment remains broken, IT systems are outdated, and any proposed upgrades result only in a demo, a vague “we’ll consider it,” and then complete inaction.
